Terms of Service

By downloading and using Spok3n, you agree to these terms. Spok3n is an on-device dictation product for Mac and iPhone, including the Spok3n keyboard. We commit to on-device processing and will never introduce mandatory cloud transcription of your audio.

Plans and billing

Spok3n offers a Free plan with a 5,000-word weekly dictation cap and a Pro plan at $24.99 / month (USD) that removes the cap. Pro is billed monthly via Stripe on the web/Mac flow or through Apple in-app purchase on iOS where offered. Subscriptions automatically renew each month until you cancel. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the account page or from within the app. Apple in-app purchases are canceled through your Apple ID subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep Pro access until then and are not charged again. After cancellation you revert to the Free plan.

Refunds

Unused time on a monthly subscription is non-refundable by default. If you believe your charge was made in error, email hello@spok3n.com within 7 days of the charge and we'll review your request.

Price changes

We may change subscription pricing in the future. Existing subscribers will receive at least 30 days' notice by email before any increase is applied to their renewal.

License

Spok3n grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on your personal devices for as long as your account is in good standing. You may not redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer the binaries beyond what is allowed by applicable law.

No warranty

Spok3n is provided "as is." We make no warranty about fitness for a particular purpose and are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
